McCullen v. Coakley Buffer Zone Decision Removes Important Protection from Harassment for Individuals Seeking Safe and Legal Abortion

The Supreme Court issued a decision today in McCullen v. Coakley, overturning a 2007 Massachusetts law that protected access to reproductive health clinics by prohibiting protestors, regardless of their position on abortion, form coming within 35 feet of a facility.
