Voice for corporate diversity

As vice president of affirmative action and diversity programs manager at Branch Banking & Trust Company in Charlotte, her job is to lobby for underrepresented segments in the workforce. “I think a lot of organizations have come to the realization of the importance of diversity and inclusion because we no longer live in a homogeneous society,” Stover, 31, said. “The minorities are moving into the majority.
