OFCCP Observes Equal Pay Day
The Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) observed Equal Pay Day, the day that marks the point where women have to work to earn as much as a man earns in the previous year. In observance of the day, OFCCP published on its website a list of tools to help to promote equity in compensation:
