University of Texas affirmative action case pending before the U.S. Supreme Court as well as comments received by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs(OFCCP) on several regulatory proposals, including Notices of Proposed Rule Making (NPRMs) on regulations relating to disability, compensation, veterans, and the scheduling letter.
