Next Commission Meeting Wednesday, April 25
WASHINGTON – The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) will hold a meeting on Wednesday, April 25, at 9:30 a.m. (Eastern Time), at agency headquarters, 131 M Street, N.E. In accordance with the Sunshine Act, the open session of the meeting will be open to public observation of the Commission’s deliberations and voting.
The following matters are scheduled for consideration during the open session of the meeting:
•Announcement of Notation Votes
•Enforcement Guidance on the Consideration of Arrest and Conviction Records in Employment Decisions under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and
•Enforcement Guidance on Reasonable Accommodation and Undue Hardship under the Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended.
The remainder of the meeting will be closed. For the open session, seating is limited and it is suggested that visitors arrive 30 minutes before the meeting in order to be processed through security and escorted to the meeting room.
The Commission agenda is subject to revision. Any matter not discussed or concluded may be carried over to a later meeting. Additional information about the meeting, when available, will be posted at http://www.eeoc.gov/eeoc/meetings/index.cfm.
