WORCESTER — Janelle Ashley, president of Worcester State College, has announced the appointment of Calvin Hill as director of affirmative action and compliance for the Office of Diversity. Mr. Hill will begin his new duties on May 24. Mr. Hill, who earned a doctorate in philosophy from Howard University, has 15 years of experience in teaching and higher education administration.
