As courts take up the legality of affirmative action, this weekend's NPR Special will take up the question of the policy's effectiveness. On Saturday at 19:00, and again on Monday at 8:00, Intelligence Squared US will ask: does affirmative action, as a factor in college admissions, actually do what it intends?
