WASHINGTON -- Wade Henderson, president and CEO of The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, issued the following statement in response to the Supreme Court's ruling in Harris v. Quinn, which determined that a narrow set of home health care workers who benefit from union representation do no have to pay their fair share of union duties:
