Former Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice, has been speaking out and reflecting on her time spent in the White House, much of which she recounts in her memoir "No Higher Honor."
During an interview on a special Thanksgiving edition of CBS' "Face the Nation," Rice talked about her perspective on race in America, saying although the country has come a long way, it will never be "race blind."
"It is a birth defect with which this country was born out of slavery" she told CBS' Bob Schieffer. "We're never really going to be race blind."

In the United States majority of judges, lawmakers and related others are activists, desire that America be "race blind" at the alarming rate of over 97%. The people who said, AAAA is no longer required now are part of this group.
If you are leader in the US and you failed to pronounce this intolerance and failed to engage in official individualized sector by sector continuous and comprehensive assessment and evaluation to uncover this intolerance and sanction it, believe me "YOU ARE NOT A LEADER" and your government will stay until end comes without a drop of achievement. Now America is worst than ancient time. AAAA is more relevant now than before.
Proof Case # 1
State/federal courts through the highest courts both side, merely mentioning "RACISM, RACIAL DISCRIMINATION, XENOPHOBIA AND RELATED INTOLERANCE in Education, Employment, Healthcare, etc an intended case seeking justice is lost. Remember preferences on this intolerance in courts.
Proof Case # 2
leading several national and international NGOs (LIMPT, INC, IHRRG, IHRRC, etc)to review affirmative action report card 1960 - present; AAAA in education, employment, healthcare, etc; holders of U.S. Commonwealth; members and I suffered over 8 court eviction/homelessness when no rent was owing.
America is fully back to ancient and crude/wild civilization and culture.
