The Department of Labor Releases Semi-Annual Regulatory Agenda for 2011

The U.S. Department of Labor announced the release of its semi-annual regulatory agenda on December 20, 2010. The agenda lists the panoply of regulations under active consideration by the department during the next six to twelve months. Regulations under active consideration by the OFCCP include compensation data collection, evaluation of recruitment and placement for veterans, construction contractor requirements, and changes to the Section 503 disability regulations.
