AAAA Participates in Federalist Society Panel on Affirmative Action

In November 2009, the Federalist Society hosted a panel discussion on "Affirmative Action in the Obama Era." Among the speakers were Professor Theodore Shaw of Columbia University and Shirley Wilcher of AAAA. On the "con" side were Linda Chavez of the Center for Equal Opportunity and Peter Kirsanaw of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights.
