The US Department of Labor has released additional information regarding the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funding and contractors who have received such funds. The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs will have responsibility ensuring compliance with Executive Order 11246 and other affirmative action/EEO laws.
