OFCCP Rescinds Inspection of I-9s During Onsite Compliance Evaluations

The Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has rescinded the procedures for inspecting I-9 immigration forms while conducting onsite compliance evaluations.
